Refund policy

Returns

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept physical returns of skincare products once they have been delivered.

However, we do offer refunds or replacements in the following cases:

  • The product arrives damaged

  • The product received is incorrect

  • The order arrives incomplete

To review your case, please send clear photos of the product and packaging within 7 days of delivery.


Refunds

If your request is approved, we offer:

  • A full refund to the original payment method, or

  • A free replacement of the affected product

Refunds are processed within 3–7 business days after approval.


🚫 Non‑Refundable Products

We cannot accept returns of:

  • Opened or used skincare products

  • Products without their original packaging

  • Requests submitted outside the established timeframe


Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed. Once the order is in preparation, cancellation is no longer possible.


Returned Shipments

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or customer absence, we can resend it once the shipping cost is paid again.
